Cancellation
& Refund Policy

1. In the event the online booking is rejected by the Company, the Company shall refund the Token Amount paid by the Applicant(s) within a period of 30 (thirty) days of receipt of such Token Amount.

2. In the event the online booking is cancelled by the Applicant(s) post confirmation by the Company of the availability of Unit, the Company shall forfeit the entire Token Amount and no refunds shall be processed.

3. It is hereby clarified that on submission of Application Form by the Applicant(s), the terms and conditions contained therein including the terms and conditions of cancelation and refund shall be applicable.
